Program for talented Vietnamese graduates gets under way

October 1, 2006

A Vietnamese company recently initiated a program to bridge the gap between talented students and gainful employment at recruiting companies.

Headhunter Nhan Viet launched “Vietnamese talents converging” to connect students with local and foreign human-resource companies, linking undergraduates to management positions.

Besides national students, the program will also help expatriates who want to work in Vietnam after graduation.

In detail, the program includes online seminars for expatriate students; information-exchange forums sponsored by headhunting companies and specialists; cooperation with online newspapers such as Thanh Nien, Tuoi Tre, and VietnamNet, among other causes.
