Lavazza coffee has unveiled the 17th edition of its iconic calendar, shot by renowned celebrity photographer, Annie Leibovitz. Each image explores what the company calls ‘Italianity’, and its influence on art, cinema, history and culture. The images feature some of Italy’s most well-known icons and landmarks … and also Italian supermodel Electtra Rossellini Wiedemann, daughter of Isabella Rossellini. One of the most highly regarded photographers alive today, Leibovitz’s portraits have appeared on magazine covers for 30 years. She began working for Rolling Stone magazine in 1970, moving onto Vanity Fair and Vogue. Only a limited number of calendars are produced each year and are sent to a carefully controlled list across Europe. Further information is available here.
